A reflexology session lasts 45mins. A massage session is either 30 mins or 1 hour. Typically the initial consultation session will last about 20 minutes longer than a normal session due to the therapist gaining some background information. The session starts with the therapist talking you through the session structure. The process and principles of reflexology or massage will be explained to you and any questions that you have will be answered.

Next the therapist will ask you some questions about health, lifestyle etc. This is strictly confidential between you and the therapist and will enable the session to focus on any specific areas to bring 'quick win' benefit.

Following this the therapist will start the therapy treatment. This should be a pleasant and relaxing process however due to the body's release of toxins, it is not uncommon for individuals to feel tired after treatment.

Finally the therapist will make some recommendations to you of any further treatment that may benefit.

The therapist will telephone you within a few days to obtain some feedback and to answer an further questions that you may have,

After an initial consultation each session is tailored to the particular needs of the individual.

Any subsequent sessions will commense with the therapist reviewing the previous session and asking you about any changes to health or lifestyle since the last visit. Using this to modify your persoanl treatment plan, and after answering any questions, the therapist will start the therapy treatment.

Again the treatment will conclude with the therapist making recommendations to you.
