‘De-stress and relax the natural way’

Reflexology is a natural and non invasive complementary therapy that uses natures own healing methods to treat the body as a whole and to help the body to regain and retain its natural balance.

'Reflexology dates back to Egyptian times and can be applied to the feet or hands'

It is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs and other parts of the body. Using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas a trained reflexologist can offer significant relief to many ailments including, but not limited to:

                       Relief of stress and tension

                           (*) Improved blood supply

(*) Promote unblocking of nerve Impulses

(*) denotes that these claims are not medically proven

Reflexology encourages the body’s elimination of toxins and helps release endorphins, which are the body’s natural painkillers. It reduces stress and tension and revitalises energy.

 MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY

Maternity reflexology is benefitial as part of pre-conceptual care to those looking to conceive. It can also help relief associated symptoms during pregnancy and help balance the body post birth. Many clients looking to conceive, or already pregnant, have heard that reflexology might be able to help them. Helen specialises in Maternity Reflexology which she studied under the renowned expert and retired midwife, Susanne Enzer (RN, RSCN, SCM, RZT).
